Born in Israel and raised in the Philippines, Roni has always been passionate about innovation and technology. She combines these passions with a deep commitment to community building and volunteering and always seeks to combine all these aspects in her life. Roni currently works at Super Pharm, where she is the startups deal flow manager and project manager, connecting and implementing great innovation and new technologies that will enhance Super Pharm's customer experience, and position the company as a top retailer in Israel and the world. Prior to this, Roni worked as head of developer groups at TOM. There, she built strong global communities that harness the power of technology and innovation to solve the often overlooked and neglected challenges faced by people with disabilities. After her army service, Roni was an emissary for the Jewish Agency in the U.S., and upon her return to Israel volunteered at First Hug, a nonprofit that provides hospitalized abandoned babies with human touch and emotional warmth and love. Roni holds a B.A. in communications from IDC Herzliya and is the co-founder of the IDC Female Alumni Group, whose mission is to empower influential women through the connection and support of a strong female alumni community. She volunteers at Matan as a mentor for nonprofit CEOs.
