Ronni Hendel-Giller is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who supports leaders as they work to create thriving organizations and to develop their personal leadership capacity. Ronni’s clients are in the for-profit, non-profit and social sectors. She also works with organizations as they develop their organizational cultures and values.
Ronni’s commitment to Leadership Development began in high school, in Young Judaea. After college, she spent several years as a non-formal Jewish educator and built a retreat program for high school students in Northern California. Ronni eventually moved to corporate training and was an executive in a Training and Development organization before launching her own leadership practice. As a leader, Ronni was consistently able to bring out the best in her employees and create organizations known for their high levels of engagement—and the results they delivered.
Ronni knows how to listen—and to ask penetrating questions. She has a talent for enabling her clients to see themselves more clearly and guide them as they make the adjustments needed in the way that they manage themselves, their teams and their organizations. She is willing to challenge her clients when that is required and provide equal measures of support and encouragement.
Ronni is also known for bringing thinking from multiple disciplines and perspectives, such as neuroscience, mindfulness and adult development theory, to bear on leadership and organizational issues and challenges. She is an avid learner and able to bring leading-edge ideas about leadership and organizations to her clients. Ronni makes complex ideas and topics accessible and actionable.
Ronni is a graduate of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and holds a Certificate in Community Work from the Schwartz Program of Communal Studies at Hebrew University. She holds a Masters in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University. She is an International Coach Federation-certified coach. She is also certified through the NeuroLeadership Group and Presence-Based Coaching. Ronni is also a Barrett Values Consultant and has worked with numerous assessment instruments.
