Samantha Rush Soclof
After growing up in Viva-Las Vegas, Sam graduated early from high school, became the first university graduate in her family, and moved to Israel to serve in the IDF as a combat fitness instructor. In her current role as Innovation Manager at ALYN Hospital, Sam combines her passion for social impact, the medical and health fields, and leading grassroots initiatives that ignite people to action. By creating connections between people and groups around mutual interests, she has formed strategic partnerships with some of the leading companies in the world. Sam previously worked in investor relations and marketing at Jerusalem Venture Partners, one of Israel’s leading venture capital funds, where she gained knowledge and experience in the technical side of fundraising as well as what it means to build a local hi-tech ecosystem. Sam holds a B.Sc. in kinesiology with a minor in business from Arizona State University, where she helped launch the pro-Israel student group, co-leading its activities, promoting intergroup dialogue and establishing the first annual Israel Peace Week on campus. Sam is currently pursuing her M.B.A. in biomedical management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and lives in Jerusalem with her spouse, Mikey.
