Talya Levin

Program Officer, ROI Community, ROI Community

Talya is a Program Officer at ROI Community, where she focuses on community grants.

Talya joined ROI after working in the Israel offices of the Jewish Federations of North America and UJA-Federation of New York for nearly six years. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, she made aliyah in 2006. She holds a Master of Arts in community leadership and philanthropy studies from Hebrew University, and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Maryland.

Talya adores her adopted home of Jerusalem, serving as a founding board member of Jerusalem Village and an unofficial taste-tester for new kosher eateries in town. Her most prized possession is a blue KitchenAid mixer, which is put to regular use preparing baked treats for Shabbat meals, elaborately-themed parties and occasionally no occasion at all.
