Tomer Sapir co-founded AlmaLinks in recognition of the need for a systematic way to maintain relationships among exceptional business-oriented young professionals. To do so, Tomer recruited a number of these young professionals, as well as leaders and executives in business and academia, and together they developed the idea for AlmaLinks. Since then, Tomer has dedicated himself to bringing it to life. The programs encourage knowledge sharing and aim to develop professional skills through inter-generational interaction. This creates the foundation for a lasting, fulfilling and professionally supportive environment.
