Tova Serkin is the Missions Director at AIPAC-AIEF, based in Jerusalem. Most recently, Tova was the Director of Organizational Development and Director of North American Programs in Israel at the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem. She is responsible for building and implmenting internal strategic process to strengthen the Institution globally. In addition, Tova oversees all education programs for North American audiences that take place in Israel and is the organizational liaison between te professional teams in both countries. Previously she was Director of Israel Operations for The Bronfman Fellowships and before that, Chief of Staff at Beit Hatfutsot: The Museum of the Jewish People. Over the last decade, Tova has held a variety of other senior level nonprofit positions including as the Chief Business Officer of JGooders and Executive Director of KolDor. Through working at major Jewish institutions and grassroots organizations, Tova has gained extensive experience with all aspects of organizational development, the philanthropic sector and cutting edge technologies. Tova graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in environmental science and public policy and fell into working in the Jewish community after spending a year in Israel on Project OTZMA. She lives in Modiin with her husband, Yair, and their sons Noam and Gil. When not immersed in the Jewish world, Tova loves to bake, play Scrabble and hike.
