William Miller Espinosa
William has over 14 years of experience implementing short and long-term plans and policies for social, educational, and health care programs for the Cuban Jewish community, as well as for small and medium businesses. Outstanding skills include community organizing, team managing, issue spotting and effective public speaking. He also has national and international experience as a teacher, leader, social worker and entrepreneur. William’s experience includes acting as the Cuban Manager for Kuvatur L.L.C. (Specialized Tours to Jewish Cuba). He is the General Director of Creating Horizons, a unique tikkun olam project benefitting both the Cuban Jewish community and general Cuban society. He served as Technological Education Program Manager and is currently ORT Cuba National Director. He is also the COO for Jewish Cuba Connection. William is the former Executive Vice-President of the Cuban Jewish community. He was a professor and researcher at the Technological University of Havana.
