Yael is a nonprofit management consultant, with over a decade of experience in senior positions in the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, in Israel and the US. Yael harnesses her experience in leading teams, managing operations and developing programs, to support nonprofits in achieving their goals. Yael partners with clients from ideation to implementation of strategic projects, offering a range of services including: project management, process design, organizational assessment and development, as well as organizational coaching and team development. Previously, Yael served in operational and financial management roles, including COO at itrek and Director of Finance at Jewish Federations of Canada - UIA (JFC-UIA). She also served in programmatic leadership roles, including Director of Educational Development at Canada Israel Experience and Director of Research and Knowledge Management at JFC-UIA. In each of the leadership positions she held, she successfully identified areas for growth and implemented change processes to increase governance, outreach and impact. Yael holds a B.A. in psychology and a MBA, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She lives in Jerusalem, with her husband and three sons.
