FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

We are committed to investing in the growth and impact of our Fellows.

The Schusterman Fellowship offers funding to Fellows to help them advance personally and professionally, create organizational and systemic impact through collaboration, and maintain and strengthen the Fellowship community of support, challenge, and growth.

To apply for these funding opportunities, Fellows should log onto the Community Platform.

Types of Funding

Subsidized Leadership Development

Intended to support Fellows continued personal and professional growth through unique leadership development experiences. We will want to know what makes this the right opportunity at the right time, and what co-investment Fellows and/or their organization are willing to make. Senior Fellows can apply for grants of up to $2,500 per calendar year to support one or multiple experiences. Need inspiration? Check out the Fellowship Preferred Provider List.

Peak and Transition Coaching

Intended to support Fellows in a key moment of leadership transition, such as assuming an executive role or major promotion or leaving a senior executive role. We will want to know why this is the right time and what Fellows hope to gain from coaching. Senior Fellows can apply for grants of up to $2,500 and are limited to applying once per calendar year.

Tactical Collaborations

Intended to support Fellows in sharing skills and expertise across the community by bringing in another Fellow to advance the mission of their organization or program. We will want to know how the engagement will impact the Fellow’s mission and what co-investment their organization is willing to make. Senior Fellows can apply for grants of up to $2,000 and are limited to applying twice per calendar year.

System-Level Collaboration Projects

Intended to support Fellows in working with another Senior Fellow or Fellows to address a big picture, system-level question, challenge or opportunity. We will want to know Fellows’ plan for working together, what makes “the whole greater than the sum of its parts” and what system-level outcome or impact Fellows are hoping for. Senior Fellows can apply for grants of up to $20,000.
