At Schusterman Family Philanthropies, we are deeply committed to our work in the United States and Israel to achieve more just and inclusive societies.
We were established in 1987 as the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation. In 2021, we transitioned to the name Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies to reflect the continued expansion of grantmaking, operating and advocacy activities funded by the Schusterman family.
While our name has changed, our work and values remain the same. We are focused on tackling systemic issues in seven portfolio areas in the United States and Israel, and we also operate programs that develop leaders as key levers for driving change.
For over 30 years, our philanthropic work has been rooted in a commitment to pursue justice, repair the world and treat all people with dignity and respect. This is who we are.
