We pursue more just and inclusive societies in the U.S. and Israel.
Our philanthropic work focuses on tackling systemic issues that require ongoing learning, long-term investment, multi-faceted approaches and a range of partners vested in identifying, creating and supporting solutions. We believe systemic change happens at the individual, organizational, field and sector levels. That is why we fund both charitable and advocacy activities and operate programs that develop leaders as key levers for driving change.
Our Approach
We work in partnership with communities, experts, civic institutions and governments to prioritize complex issues, seed new ideas and take solutions to scale. We bring both an entrepreneurial mindset and a rigorous approach to our work, using various strategies and inputs to address entrenched challenges from multiple angles. When it comes to our grantees, we are willing to be the first to invest, with an eye toward long-term sustainability.
