Alon manages Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel work with the Haredi community. In this capacity he focuses on ways to address the complex challenges of Israeli society through philanthropy, strategy and investments. He is experienced in planning business and social impact strategies, and creating and building organizational structures.

Before joining Schusterman, Alon was a Case Manager at Shaldor, a world-class Israeli strategy consulting company. During his eight years at Shaldor, Alon worked with a broad spectrum of client organizations, including business corporations, government offices and NGOs.

He has a combined a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economy from the Hebrew University's Amirim Honors program, and an eMBA from Tel-Aviv University.
