Ariel Hirsch
As a Communications Officer at ROI Community, Ariel is responsible for managing ROI Community’s brand and voice, connecting ROI members to PR opportunities, leading multimedia storytelling projects, and writing and editing for both internal and external audiences. She also leads and contributes to organization-wide communications projects.
Born in Philadelphia, Ariel went on to graduate Phi Beta Kappa from Brandeis University with a bachelor’s degree in Hebrew language and literature and minors in Hispanic studies and economics. After her studies, she worked in hadracha with lone soldiers and American high school students in Israel, and interned in Tzfat at a nonprofit organization. Eventually, she decided to make aliyah and move to Jerusalem.
Ariel’s most exciting professional experiences include doing a blogging internship with her favorite Israeli music group, teaching Hebrew to lone soldiers and traveling around the world for her work at ROI.
