Prior to joining the Schusterman team, Danielle worked as an Operations Manager for a high-tech company. Before that, Danielle worked as a Program Manager for a non- profit organization aiming to help improve the quality of life for the Ethiopian and the African refugee communities in Israel. Prior to that she served as an Israeli Fellow at Hillel of San Diego, where she worked with Jewish students to help strengthen their connection to Israel and their Jewish identity.

Danielle earned a B.A in Government and Diplomacy from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Brandeis University in Boston.

A Lesson in Selflessness

Through the support of trainings from Schusterman programs and partners, I became the youngest Trustee at the largest Synagogue in the world, Temple Emanu-El of New York. I’ve been fortunate to bring partners into our community from my REALITY bus rides and ROI community including Daybreaker, Knock Knock Give a Sock, Slingshot and OneTable. During Yom Kippur last month (the Day of Atonement for Jews and the holiest day of the year), I addressed our congregation of 2,000 families by retelling the story of Rabbi Heller and Yoselee.
