Debra Feinberg is a Program Officer on the REALITY team, where she supports Schusterman Family Philanthropies’ strategy, partnership, and recruitment efforts to attract the best qualified and diverse influential thinkers and trailblazers to the REALITY community. 

Following her experience as a Teach For America corps member, Debra participated in a REALITY journey for leaders in education. Her experience with REALITY served as a catalyst for a global consulting career focused on education equity, workforce development, closing skill gaps and corporate social responsibility. Debra spent six years leading TALMA, an ROI Community initiative that developed out of REALITY, which addresses educational inequity and opportunity gaps in Israel's social and geographic periphery. Most recently, Debra served as Director of Partnerships for Hebrew Public, a national network of diverse-by-design public charter schools that model racial and economic integration, academic excellence, foreign language learning and global citizenship for children of all backgrounds. She is also a 2021 Schusterman Leading From Within fellow.

Debra holds a Master of Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. When she is not working, Debra can be found adventuring with her pandemic puppy, experimenting in the kitchen and serving on the board of Gabriel Project Mumbai - an organization she holds close to her heart.
