As CEO of Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel, Ohad oversees Schusterman's Israel-based portfolio and activities aimed at strengthening Israel and Israeli society.

Prior to joining Schusterman, Ohad was the Vice President of Strategy at Startup Nation Central (SNC), focusing on strengthening Israel's economy and international standing through tech. Before joining SNC, he was a Tikvah fellow in New York City and Washington, D.C., and a visiting fellow at the Saban Center for Middle East Policy at the Brookings Institute. Previously, he served in senior policy planning positions in Israel's Ministry of Finance.

Ohad holds a Master of Science in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics as a Chevening Fellow and is a graduate of the Amirim Honors Program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
