Roey Kruvi was born in Haifa and moved to California at the age of 10. He worked at Moishe House for nearly a decade, creating experiences for young adults to find community, meaning, and belonging. Roey is the creator of Camp Nai Nai Nai, a Jewish Summer Camp for Adults, and Retreatology, a program that is widely expanding access to Jewish retreats and democratizing peer-led Jewish education. He has curated and facilitated experiences around the world and has experience in strategic planning, nonprofit technology, and program development.
Roey is a two-time cancer survivor who doesn't sweat the small stuff. He loves to surf, horseback ride, go camping, play with his puppies - and enjoy the most out of life. He lives with his fiance, Abby, and dogs, Mr. Shivers and Franny Moo. His dream career is to be a gaucho in South America, and will always be excited to eat pizza. He is a Schusterman Fellow, ROI Community Member, and the 2017 JPro Young Professional of the Year Award Winner.
