Sharon manages payroll administration for Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel and ROI employees and ensures efficient operations and management of the grant payment process. Her role also includes assisting with end-of-year reporting for proper management of Israeli nonprofits.

Before joining the organization in September 2008, Sharon served as the Information Coordinator for the British Council in Israel and as Senior Legal Department Coordinator for the Director General’s Office at the Central Bureau of Statistics.
