Adonis supports the executive team and ensures the smooth operation of the Israel office.

Before joining Schusterman Family Philanthropies, Adonis was part of the team at Start-Up Nation Central, where she managed the Jerusalem office and supported the senior team in the product and business departments. Her work was essential in maintaining office efficiency, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives.

In her previous role, Adonis managed a private law office, handling accounting, documentation, and client case management support.

Adonis holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and a Master’s in Comparative Religion from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is fluent in Arabic, English and Hebrew and has some proficiency in French, Italian and Spanish.
