Noam works as part of our Inclusive Society team in Israel, leading efforts in the area of Arab society and democracy-related initiatives.
Before joining Schusterman, Noam managed a portfolio at a venture capital fund specializing in climate technologies, where she led processes for identifying, characterizing, and building infrastructure for new startups based on technologies from Israeli academia.
She is a board member of the nonprofit organization Mitkhashvim, which she founded and managed, working to reduce the digital disparities in Israel.
Noam completed her military service with the rank of captain, serving as chief of staff to the military secretary of the President of Israel during President Rivlin’s tenure. Before that, she established and managed a leadership school focused on cultural competence training.
As of 2025, Noam serves as a council member on Kol Ha’am (Voice of the People), an initiative by President Isaac Herzog.
Noam holds a law degree from Tel Aviv University and a professional certification in group facilitation.
