Seffi is a Senior Program Officer on the U.S. Jewish Grantmaking team. He focuses on grants related to Israel education and campus Jewish life.
Prior to Schusterman, Seffi worked as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in government and non-profit clients. Before BCG, Seffi spent seven years at the American Jewish Committee, the last three as the founding Global Director of AJC's Young Leadership department and a member of the organization’s senior management team.
In his spare time, Seffi is a member of the board of directors of Columbia/Barnard Hillel and enjoys reading biographies, doing the New York Times crossword puzzle, and cheering on the New York Yankees and North Carolina Tar Heels. Seffi holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a BA in History from Columbia University, and a BA in Talmud and Rabbinics from the Jewish Theological Seminary.
