Celebrating 20 Years of Global Leadership as ROI Community Sunsets

“Twenty years ago, you planted seeds through your leadership and your vision,” Schusterman Co-President, Lisa Eisen, said to Lynn Schusterman at the final ROI Summit in Jerusalem. “Today, we’re sitting among beautiful trees that have grown from those seeds you planted.”

Founded by Lynn in 2006, ROI Community our global leadership network, brought together 1,700 participants from more than 60 countries around a simple premise: investing in relationships among diverse, capable leaders can spark large-scale change. The result was a global network of activists, artists, educators and entrepreneurs united by a shared responsibility for Israel, Jewish life and the broader community.

At the final ROI Summit, 300 of those leaders gathered to reflect, reconnect and celebrate before the program’s formal conclusion on July 1. As Stacy Schusterman shared during the summit, “ROI is about leaders, and how we work with them to turn ideals into action.” While the program is ending, those ideals continue to guide the community. From Berlin to Tel Aviv, alumni are already organizing their own platforms and collaborations, carrying forward the relationships and leadership that have defined ROI for the past 20 years.
