Hope and New Beginnings
After two decades of building, connecting and leading, the ROI Community is coming together for one final Summit — not to say goodbye, but to open a new chapter shaped and carried forward by you, the ROI Community.
At a time of profound challenges for Israeli society and the Jewish people—particularly in the aftermath of October 7—we return to ROI’s founding purpose: to connect and mobilize courageous, diverse and creative leaders who believe in working together across difference, uncertainty and rupture, and who are committed to shaping a better future for Israel and the Jewish people.
This Final Summit marks a turning point and a transition: a space to reflect, connect and actively prepare for what comes next beyond ROI’s formal chapter.
It is also a moment to honor the unique spirit, creativity, and impact that have defined ROI for twenty years — a culture of doers who make things happen, a diverse Community grounded in trust and Jewish values, and creative leadership that has consistently turned connection into action and positive impact for Israel and the Jewish people.

About the gathering
Participation in the Final Summit is open exclusively to current ROI Community members.
At the Summit, participants will:
- Engage directly with the pressing challenges facing Israel and the Jewish people today.
- Experiment with new ideas, collaborations, and creative approaches alongside peers who bring diverse perspectives and real-world experience.
- Learn and apply practical tools and methodologies drawn from ROI’s Playbook to current work, dilemmas, and leadership challenges.
- Build the spaces, relationships, and frameworks that can sustain Community-driven action, continuity and impact long after ROI’s formal closure.
