Anthony Felzen

Principal

Tony Felzen splits his time between investing in real estate/start-ups and volunteering in the Jewish and pro-Israel communities. A native of Manhattan, Tony is fascinated by how cities function, develop, and rejuvenate. He holds a BA in Urban Studies from Brown University and a MSc in Real Estate Investment from NYU. Prior to pursuing his MBA at Columbia University, Tony was an Assistant Vice President at the NYC Economic Development Corporation where he crafted tax incentive agreements to spur the redevelopment of Times Square. Tony is chairman of the Natan Fund and also chairs its “Jerusalem” grant committee which supports arts & culture, place-making, and economic development initiatives with a focus on projects that provide opportunities for all Jerusalemites to connect meaningfully with each other.
