Jenny Belford is a Manager, Human Resources for the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies and other Schusterman-affiliated entities. She coordinates Schusterman’s health, welfare and retirement benefits and oversees paid leave programs. Jenny also manages benefit plan compliance and reporting obligations.

Previously Jenny was a human resources manager with a publicly-traded company and has worked with a technology consulting firm as well as the American Society of Petroleum Geologists. She has been a long-time member of the Society of Human Resources Management and holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. In 2017, she earned the Certified Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in partnership with the Wharton School of Business.

Jenny holds Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and international business, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Organizational Management. She enjoys recreating recipes at home and planning adventures with her family and friends, such as cycling, hiking, running, yoga and rafting.
