Mikayla is a Human Resources Business Partner for Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies. She is responsible for supporting various benefits processes and paid leave management.

Mikayla’s previous experience includes working in Human Resources for government contractors supporting USAID and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where she managed full-cycle HR operations and ensured regulatory compliance. She also served as an HR Business Partner at a global software company, where she oversaw payroll, managed paid leave programs and handled employee relations matters.

Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Salisbury University with a minor in Psychology and is a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling to new destinations around the world.
