Merav Dadia-Molad
Merav is the Senior Director of Welfare and Social Services for Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel, where she builds strategic plans for creating effective change in the welfare and social service sectors of Israeli society.
Prior to joining Schusterman, Merav worked at the Ministry of Welfare and Social Services where she held several senior positions, including Advisor to the CEO and Deputy Director for a corrections facility. Merav founded and ran Yeted, a national program for at-risk youth. She also has 20 years of experience working within the civil society sector, including managing the Rape Crisis Center in Tel Aviv and being the Senior Director of Or Shalom, an organization serving children and at-risk youth.
Merav holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Social Work from Bar Ilan University and is currently working toward her Doctorate in Social Work. Her hobbies include cooking and making gold and silver jewelry from scratch. Merav lives with her husband and three children.
