Operations Manager, Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation
Shannon Oliver is the Operations Manager in the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation's Washington, DC office. She focuses on developing and implementing processes and systems for day-to-day operations, manages financial activities, transactions and reporting, oversees all grant-related activities and maintains various technologies and software systems in the National office. Her close work with the Foundation's headquarters in Tulsa allows her to contribute to the evolution of organizational strategies, policies and practices to ensure the Foundation operates effectively and efficiently. Shannon came to the Foundation with a background in finance and marketing. Prior to joining the Foundation, she was a senior mortgage consultant at Chesapeake Residential Finance. She lives in Maryland with her husband, Daniel, and daughters, Lily and Sadie, and looks forward to summertime, where she spends her weekends at the beach and boating with her family.
