Shirli Ben Tolila
Shirli is the Senior Operations Manager for Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel, where she is responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring that the organization works efficiently and with ease.
For the past decade, Shirli has been in the administrative-operational field and has worked with different organizations, including the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Studies, BioMas- a biotech start-up company and most recently at the Israel Democracy Institute. At the Israel Democracy Institute, Shirli worked as an executive assistant to the Vice Presidents for Research and as a project manager. One of her roles was managing The Human Rights and Judaism doctoral fellowship program. She also has extensive experience in Hebrew teaching from various Ulpans, Rothberg International School at HU, Young Judaea and more.
She holds a Master’s degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Geography from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
