Aly is an Associate on the Finance Operations Team, where she assists in the areas of financial management, contract preparation and all things systems and processes.

Before joining Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, Aly worked at Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach in Boca Raton, FL for 6 years. There she was the Assistant Director of Development and Operations where she balanced office management, AR/AP, the donor database and logistics for two galas each year. She also had the pleasure of leading Birthright Israel and Alternative Spring Break trips to Guatemala and Puerto Rico.

Aly is a graduate of the University of Delaware, an alumna of the Masa Israel Teaching Fellowship, Be'er Sheva and holds a certificate in Jewish Leadership from the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership.
