As Co-Director of the ROI Community, Tamar is responsible for workplan implementation, overseeing the team, and managing and leading evaluation and measurement processes, grants, and ROI operations.

Before joining Schusterman, Tamar worked for nine years at Eretz-Ir, an Israeli nonprofit that promotes the quality of life in Israel’s underprivileged areas by strengthening local communities and social entrepreneurs. During that time Tamar served as Deputy Director for Strategy, managed the Employment Development Department, and established the Fundraising Department.

Tamar has a bachelor's degree in social work from the Hebrew University and an MBA in social leadership from Ben Gurion University.
