Anne serves as Director, Learning and Development, for Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies. As part of the Talent and Human Resources team, she is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and vision for organizational learning and leadership development. 

Anne is passionate about facilitating learning and leadership development for mission-driven leaders. As a lifelong learner and educator, she views education as a pathway to advancing equity and social justice. Anne began her career as an elementary school teacher in Brooklyn, NY. She then served as the school principal of Girls Prep Lower East Side Elementary School, where she led the expansion of the first all-girls public charter school in New York City. Anne earned her doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning at The George Washington University and went on to develop and teach master’s level courses in leadership and organizational change. Prior to joining Schusterman, she served as a founding partner at Noble Story Group, providing leadership coaching and professional development for mission-driven leaders and organizations across the country. 

Anne holds a bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Bank Street College, and a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is an ICF-certified coach and served as a meta-coach in the Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification program. Anne has served on the boards of Washington Hebrew Congregation and Two Rivers Public Charter School in Washington DC. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is an avid podcast listener.
