Overview

As ROI concludes twenty years of connection, leadership and impact, ROI invites ROIers to help shape what comes next. As of July 1, 2026, ROI’s formal chapter will come to an end — and the future of the network will move into the hands of its Community.

Between January and March 2026, ROI4ROI Global Grants will support one- to two-day community-led gatherings designed to explore how connections, collaborations, and shared work around societal challenges can continue independently — locally, globally, or across areas of practice.

These gatherings are a first step toward a self-led future: an opportunity to surface needs and resources, test ideas, explore models for collaboration, and begin shaping what a post-ROI network might look like.

After July 1, 2026, ROI will no longer fund or operate Community initiatives. What continues is what ROIers choose to build.

Eligibility

  • Gatherings must be designed and led by ROIers
  • Small teams of co-organizers are strongly encouraged
  • Gatherings should bring together ROIers interested in shaping future collaboration beyond ROI’s formal activity
  • A limited number of gatherings will be selected to ensure focus and impact

Organizers will receive priority consideration for participation in the Final Summit, pending filling out the Summit application, so that they can bring insights, learnings and reflections from the field into the Summit conversations.

Gatherings

Each ROI4ROI gathering is expected to include the following core elements:

  • Continuity: Intentional focus on sustaining relationships, collaboration, or shared activity beyond the gathering and after ROI’s conclusion.
  • Network & Community Building: Strengthening professional connections among ROIers through peer learning, knowledge exchange and shared tools.
  • Addressing Shared Challenges: Engaging participants in collective work to address shared challenges related to Israel, the Jewish people or common professional fields.
