Program Officer (Jerusalem, Israel.)

The Program Officer (PO) is a member of the grant making team based in SFI’s Jerusalem, Israel office. The PO assists senior leadership by seeking, developing, recommending and managing grants that enhance the Foundation’s mission in Israel and throughout the Jewish world. The PO will oversee a grants portfolio and will be responsible for maintaining contact with grantee organizations throughout the grant cycle from application to decision-making; to performance and impact reporting. Learn more about the position here!

Communications Associate—REALITY (Atlanta, GA.)

The Communications Associate is a member of the global Communications team, based out of Schusterman’s Atlanta, GA, office, and will primarily support Schusterman’s REALITY program. An outstanding writer, storyteller and digital media enthusiast, the Communication Associate will help tailor messaging and content to fit distinct audiences, develop campaigns and experiment with new forms of media and technology to reach and empower young adults and their peer networks to make a positive impact. Learn more about the position here!

Executive Administrative Assistant (Atlanta, GA.)

The Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) is based in Schusterman’s Atlanta, GA office.The EA will provide administrative support to the Senior Director and Senior Program Officers of the REALITY team and the Director of Communications based in Atlanta, assist with scheduling and travel for other REALITY team members located in the Atlanta office, assist will all aspects of special projects, special events and travel involving REALITY staff in Atlanta, and manage the Atlanta office space. Learn more about the position here!

Manager, Strategic Projects, Education Portfolio (San Francisco, CA)

The Strategic Projects Manager is a new position that will provide strategic and implementation support to the Vice President of Education. The Strategic Projects Manager will focus on three core areas: supporting the Vice President, leading cross-team projects and strengthening our culture. The Portfolio Manager or Analyst will work collaboratively with the Director of Policy and Public Understanding to identify, evaluate and support outstanding organizations that can advance the portfolio, to produce data-driven recommendations for investing, building and managing strong grantee relationships, and to develop strategic communications approaches to advance our work in the field. Portfolio Manager, Equity by Design (Washington, DC)

The Portfolio Manager will work collaboratively with the Director of Instructional Quality to identify, evaluate and support outstanding organizations that can advance the goals of our Equity by Design portfolio. The Portfolio Manager will make key contributions to and learn about multiple approaches to improving equity, manage strategic projects, build strong grantee relationships and produce recommendations based on robust quantitative and qualitative analysis.
