Senior Manager, Strategic Projects, Education Portfolio (San Francisco, CA)

The Senior Manager, Strategic Projects is a new position that will provide strategic and implementation support to the Vice President of Education. The Senior Manager, Strategic Projects will focus on three core areas: supporting the Vice President, leading cross-team projects and strengthening our culture. It is a superb opportunity for someone who is outcomes-focused and wants deeper hands-on exposure to some of the most important issues, organizations and leaders in K12 education today and to philanthropy as a way to make change and advance equity. Portfolio Manager or Analyst, Policy and Public Understanding (Washington, DC or San Francisco, CA)

The Portfolio Manager or Analyst will work collaboratively with the Director of Policy and Public Understanding to identify, evaluate and support outstanding organizations that can advance the portfolio, to produce data-driven recommendations for investing, building and managing strong grantee relationships, and to develop strategic communications approaches to advance our work in the field. Program Officer, REALITY (Jerusalem, Israel)

Senior Program Officer, Grantmaking (Washington, DC)

The Senior Program Officer (SPO) is a member of the U.S. Jewish Grantmaking Team, based out of Schusterman’s Washington, DC office. The SPO will play a key role in developing and implementing funding strategies and managing grant and organization relationships to advance Schusterman’s agenda in the areas of promoting Jewish engagement and values, increasing connection with and understanding of Israel, and strengthening organizational capacity and leadership. Program Officer, Leadership and Talent (Washington, DC)

The Program Officer (PO) is a member of the Leadership and Talent Team, which is part of the larger US Jewish Grantmaking team, based in Schusterman’s Washington, DC office. The PO will have an opportunity to shape strategy and oversee initiatives as part of Schusterman’s agenda focused on leadership, talent and culture. Specifically, the PO will manage key aspects of Schusterman’s flagship leadership development program, the Schusterman Fellowship – a program designed to develop and retain exceptional professional and volunteer talent in the Jewish nonprofit sector. Program Assistant, Leadership and Talent (Washington, DC)

The Program Assistant (PA) is a member of the Leadership and Talent team which is part of the larger U.S. Jewish Grantmaking Team, based out of Schusterman’s Washington, DC office. The PA will have the opportunity to support the implementation of strategic initiatives related to talent, leadership and culture. The PA will help operate Schusterman’s flagship leadership development program, the Schusterman Fellowship and Senior Fellows (alumni) experience – programs designed to develop and retain exceptional professional and volunteer talent in the Jewish nonprofit sector. Technology Officer (Atlanta, GA)

The Technology Officer (TO) is a member of Technology team based out of Schusterman’s Atlanta, GA office and will support the REALITY program team and serves as their primary liaison to the Technology team. The TO also assists the Technology team with foundation wide projects and REALITY staff members in creating and implementing logistical plans, data collection and content for REALITY programming around the world. The Program Associate (PA) is a member of the Evaluation and Learning team, which is part of the larger US Jewish Grantmaking team, based in Schusterman’s Washington, D.C., office. Program Assistant, REALITY (Atlanta, GA)

The Program Assistant (PA) is a member of the REALITY team, based in Schusterman’s Atlanta, GA office. The PA will have the opportunity to support the implementation of strategic initiatives related to REALITY recruitment and alumni engagement. The PA will help operate REALITY recruitment, administration of alumni microgrants, administration of journey and alumni surveys and assist with operationalizing alumni engagement experiences. The Program Associate (PA) is a member of the REALITY team, based in Schusterman’s Atlanta, GA office. The PA will be a catalyst to help design alumni experiences and be a community organizer working with alumni to advance the goals of the REALITY team.
