The Strategic Projects Manager is a new position that will provide strategic and implementation support to the Vice President of Education. The Strategic Projects Manager will focus on three core areas: supporting the Vice President, leading cross-team projects and strengthening our culture. It is a superb opportunity for someone who is outcomes-focused and wants deeper hands-on exposure to some of the most important issues, organizations and leaders in K12 education today and to philanthropy as a way to make change and advance equity. Portfolio Manager or Analyst, Policy and Public Understanding (Washington, DC or San Francisco, CA)

The Portfolio Manager or Analyst will work collaboratively with the Director of Policy and Public Understanding to identify, evaluate and support outstanding organizations that can advance the portfolio, to produce data-driven recommendations for investing, building and managing strong grantee relationships, and to develop strategic communications approaches to advance our work in the field. Portfolio Manager, Equity by Design (Washington, DC)

The Portfolio Manager will work collaboratively with the Director of Instructional Quality to identify, evaluate and support outstanding organizations that can advance the goals of our Equity by Design portfolio. The Portfolio Manager will make key contributions to and learn about multiple approaches to improving equity, manage strategic projects, build strong grantee relationships and produce recommendations based on robust quantitative and qualitative analysis.
