Chanel is the Senior Executive Assistant for the Communications team at Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies. Chanel supports the Chief Communications Officer, several Communications Directors and the Director of Events and Experiences.

Prior to joining the Schusterman team, Chanel served as an Executive Assistant providing high‑level support to multiple C‑Suite leaders and contributing to both internal and external corporate communications. She brings more than 10 years of administrative experience across government, nonprofit and private‑sector organizations. Her experience and pursuit of professional growth resulted in her earning the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential through IAAP.

Chanel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and a specialization in Criminal Justice from Carlow University, where she also served as Co‑Captain of the collegiate women’s basketball team.

A travel enthusiast and self‑taught wine connoisseur, Chanel continues her passion for athletics by coaching youth sports teams.
