Facilitation Intensive is a four-day training in facilitation and the design of gatherings. This program is designed to build the capacity of its membership (yes, YOU!) to heighten their impact on the ground through skilled facilitation training that will set the stage for collaboration and connecting people. Read on and then apply for this unique professional development opportunity! It will be held in the US, February 26 – March 2, 2017.

This program offers facilitation techniques that can be applied throughout the Jewish community and beyond. As open communication and group problem solving increasingly become a key component of healthy communal life, the need for skilled facilitators continues to grow. Facilitation Intensive will produce a cohort of facilitators who are masters at crafting and facilitating face-to-face gatherings.

ROI Micro Grants (for ROIers): Do you still have Micro Grants available? If so, read on!
Cost of program: Applicants can apply to use one of their 2016 or 2017 Micro Grants to help cover the cost of the program! At minimum, all members will be required to pay $400 out-of-pocket as they are eligible to apply for up for a Micro Grant (of up to $1,000) to partially subsidize the $1,400 program cost.
Travel subsidy: In addition to applying for a Micro Grant to offset the cost of program, ROIers are eligible to apply for a separate Micro Grant to subsidize travel, provided they still have Micro Grant funds available.
Members not using their Micro Grant for this program will need to pay the full cost.

Corporate support: We encourage applicants to approach their employing organization to support them in this professional development opportunity. Details are available upon request.
