As part of the ROI Community team, Einav works on community engagement and social impact initiatives with Israeli community members, particularly focused on the areas of social services and civil society in Israel. 

For over a decade Einav has specialized in the development of an ecosystem aimed at producing meaningful social change, for the benefit of Israeli society. Prior to joining Schusterman Einav served as Director of Partnerships and Programs at the “Nitzotzot - Shiur Acher” association, where she managed tri-sectoral collaborations and developed and implemented change processes among various sectors. Previously she worked as Scholarships Coordinator at Sapir Academic College. Einav brings extensive experience in business development, the ability to identify opportunities and manage initiatives.

She holds a B.A in Communication from Sapir Academic College and an M.A in Organizational Sociology from Ben Gurion University, majoring in Organization development.
