Inbal is responsible for ROI Community’s global activities, focusing on creating a social impact infrastructure with an emphasis on public policy, Judaism and connection with Israel. Inbal has a strong background in the public sector and community development, specializing in working with diverse sectors, developing strategic programs, project management and working with underserved communities in Israel and abroad. 

Prior to joining Schusterman, Inbal served as Senior Consultant to the CEO of Israel’s Ministry of Regional Cooperation, where she led national strategic projects. Before that she served as Project Manager at ‘Appleseeds’ Association, where she worked with communities in Israel’s social and geographic periphery. Inbal also worked for a number of years as a speech writer and coordinator of the writing department at Israel’s President's House, and specialized in working with global organizations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in General and Comparative Literature and in International Relations, and a Master’s degree from the GLOBAL International Development Program, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
