Thailla Crawford is a Director on the Communications team at Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies. Her role is focused on building the organization’s internal communications strategy. Thailla works in partnership with teams across the organization on a wide range of internal communications initiatives. 

She has more than 15 years of experience in delivering integrated solutions for corporate and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Schusterman, Thailla managed the marketing and communications strategy for a multi-national FORTUNE® 50 health solutions company. 

Thailla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management. She is an avid lover of science fiction movies and enjoys practicing complementary forms of healing such as Reiki, sound healing and aromatherapy.
